RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At War & Peace Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with UK consumer law.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER RIGHTS)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplement products
  • Items that are not in their original condition
  • Products returned outside of the return window

3. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including standard delivery costs where applicable)

This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange this.

6. RETURN PROCESS

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at support@warandpeacesupplements.com with your order details
  2. Wait for return instructions and approval
  3. Securely package your item and send it to the provided return address

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider or bank (processing times can vary)
  • If the issue persists, contact us for support
